Users & Subusers

The Users tab adds subusers: extra accounts with limited access to your server. Your friend logs in with their own account and only sees what you allow.

  1. Open Users and select Invite/Add User.
  2. Enter their panel account email (they need an account on the same panel).
  3. Tick only the permissions they need:
    • A moderator might get console + power + files (view).
    • A builder might get files only.
    • Nobody needs everything except you.
  4. Send the invite. Invites expire after 7 days — if your friend misses the window, remove the stale invite and send a fresh one. Once accepted, the server appears in their list.
  • Every permission is a way to break something. Console access can run destructive commands; file access can delete worlds; power access can stop the server mid-event.
  • Remove subusers who no longer play. Stale access is the most common source of “someone griefed my server files” stories.
  • Never share your own login instead — then nobody can tell who did what in Activity, and you cannot revoke access without changing your password.

Open Users, select the subuser, and remove them. Removal is immediate: open sessions lose access. If you suspect misuse, check Activity first so you know what changed.
